An affluent, health-conscious, culturally diverse crowd that is willing to spend on an elegant night out — and spends the same way on how they look, feel, train, and recover. It is an audience that is difficult to reach through paid media and nearly impossible to reach authentically. Reunion puts it in one room, monthly.

What partners get
Every wellness partnership is built on one thing: a shared clientele. Guests who already spend on an elegant night out are the same people who book the treatment, join the studio, and keep the membership. Structure and pricing happen in conversation — every partnership is shaped around the partner's goal.
Shared Clientele
- A warm introduction to a shared clientele — affluent, health-conscious guests, met in person rather than bought as an impression
- A Reunion-exclusive offer or member rate, carried on the guest list, at the door, and in follow-up
- Tracked attribution — codes and QR so you can see exactly what the room sent you
- Reciprocal reach into your member or client base for Reunion events
Wellness Programs & Activations
- A branded wellness activation inside the event — recovery lounge, hydration bar, skin or body consults, express treatments
- A zero-proof moment — a functional or non-alcoholic bar for the growing share of the room that isn't drinking
- Sampling, demos, and bookings taken on site, staffed and controlled by your team
- Category exclusivity for the event
Events & Reach
- A co-produced wellness event built for this clientele — daytime or evening, your space or ours
- Presenting billing across flyer, venue signage, and all promotional assets
- Co-branded announcement to an audience that generated 915K views in the last 90 days
- A produced event video, filmed on location, yours to keep and reuse
What it looks like
Three ways this usually runs. Most partnerships end up as some combination of the three.
01In-event activation
A wellness footprint inside a thousand-person night — recovery, hydration, skin, or sampling, built into the room rather than added on top. Your practitioners, your consults, your bookings, in front of a crowd that is already in a spending mood and already talking about how they take care of themselves.
02Co-hosted wellness event
A Reunion-produced event built around your offering: movement, sound, breathwork, sauna and plunge, a longevity panel, or a curated dinner. Our production, visuals, sound, and audience; your programming and practitioners. Daytime, early evening, or the morning after a main event.
03Ongoing clientele exchange
A season rather than a single night. A standing offer to the Reunion list and door, reciprocal promotion to your members, and attribution tracked in both directions across every event in the run — so the relationship compounds instead of resetting each time.
The space
Reunion's primary room is Glass House, an independent Minneapolis event space. Production, staging, and visuals are designed by our team for every event, and partner placements are built into the room rather than added on top. Daytime and co-hosted formats run in the same room, in a partner's own space, or in a venue we source to fit the concept. Venue is confirmed per event and covered in the partnership conversation.
